Higher highs/higher lows and lower highs/lower lows
Indicates whether an instrument is trending up or down.
A good sign that a stock is trending upwards is that you see higher highs and higher lows in the price in the chart / price graph. This means that you see higher peaks and higher bottoms while the price shows a clear upward trend.
On the opposite side, we have an indication that the stock is in a downward trend if you see lower highs and lower lows in the share price in the chart / price graph. That is, you see lower peaks and lower lows while the price shows a clear downward trend.
